Small Group Outdoor Training (max of 6 people) 

Grab some of your friends or family members and create your own fitness group. All aspects of our Bootcamp programs are also available to our small group and personal training clients.

12 Week Lifestyle Program

Work one-on-one weekly with our trainer, lifestyle coach and nutritionist on a whole person approach to health and fitness. 

This customized option includes:

  • Goal setting session
  • Weekly Nutrition and exercise consultations with action plans
  • Before and after body composition along with weekly weigh-ins
  • Bi-Weekly meal planning
  • Optional: weekly or bi-weekly personal training sessions
