Our mission is to help teens develop a positive mindset around fitness and nutrition by showing them how rewarding and enjoyable a healthy lifestyle can be. Our program will give them lifelong skills that they can use to be the very best version of themselves throughout high school, college and adulthood. This is a wonderful age for empowering girls to take charge of their health.
Forever Fit is excited once again to offer an Independent Study Physical Education(ISPE) option for athletes that attend the San Dieguito Union High School District (SDUHSD) and other districts that allow ISPE.
ISPE is a great way to meet school districts physical education requirements. Athletes are able to schedule an “ISPE class” during the end of their school day which allows them to leave school early and train with us at the Carmel Valley Rec Center.
Forever Fit ISPE is available for 7th and 8 th grade GIRLS.
"I love Bootcamp and working out with my friends! Deanne makes it so fun! I've gotten a lot stronger and faster in the past year. I have a great time and I hope I can keep doing it after ISPE is over!"
"In middle school, ISPE with Deanne sounded very appealing. When I started, I soon learned that her bootcamp program is amazing! In the first few months I learned more about living a healthy lifestyle than I had ever known before. Learning and being healthy with my friends was just what I needed to start making better and healthier choices."
"Thank you so much for a great year of ISPE! You made it so fun and I learned a lot about nutrition and became stronger!"
"I want to thank you for being such an awesome influence on Amanda - she worships you!...and talks about you all the time referencing you and your fitness/nutrition ideals."
